Terms of Service
If you commission me you agree to these terms, so make sure you read them
You will NEVER be allowed use my rigs for NFTs or in any way related to cryptocurrency
I can refuse any project for any reason (and this reason doesn't need to be disclosed)
You HAVE to credit me in some way shape or form (preferably twitter) anywhere you're using the model, whether that be digital or physical to my portfolio/twitter. If you really don't want to credit me, that'll cost an extra 20% of the original fee.
You will be sent a Paypal invoice to pay half the commission price at purchase and then the other half once the model has been completed OR you can pay everything up front on that invoice
No refunds unless I haven't started the rigging process (Includes paying everything upfront)
Rush commissions cost 2x of the original price
I have the right to use the rig in my portfolio in any way, shape or form (with credit to the artist and the user)
I have the right to share rigs privately & publicly anywhere. This can be on Youtube and Twitch if I so wish (While working on it or showcasing it off to demonstrate my rigs & rigging capabilities. If you don't want it to be shown during rigging or after just let me know but keep in mind that me not showing the model is a courtesy and not an agreement. I am allowed to show the model at anytime)

If you ghost me (Not replying to a inquiry from me) for more than 2 months mid commission, I will cease work and the commission will cancel (You will not get any of the files for your model at all EVEN if I decide to finish it for my portfolio). If you waste my time like this and you really want the model to be finished and/or get the files you have to pay me the initial full price of the model AGAIN P.S Here's a good idea don't do this
You only get the files required for runtime, I'm not giving you the Live2D files needed for modifying the model
Only you (commissioner) will get the exclusive rights to use the runtime version of the model indefinitely in any way you see fit besides me (unless otherwise agreed upon before/during/after the commission by both me and commissioner)
